Reporting

All funding recipients shall, upon their own initiative, submit reports to the Board of the Foundation.

Subsidiary reporting

When the duration of a project exceeds one year, an annual report shall be submitted comprising both a financial report and an operational report. This report shall be compiled by the Project Manager.

When the scheduled project period is five years or more, an operational evaluation shall be submitted at the halfway point of the project, after which a decision shall be taken on whether to provide funding for the remainder of the project period.

Final reporting

A final report shall be submitted, comprising an overall financial report and an overall operational summary. Details shall be provided of all publications produced within the framework of research projects.

The Foundation wishes all reports to answer the following questions:

1) Has the project proceeded according to plan? Comment on any deviations from the plan.
2) Have any significant results been generated?
3) How has information on any results generated been disseminated?
4) How has the funding provided been used?
