The name of the university, college of further education, academy, organisation, etc. The application must be approved by the Principal or person in charge of the organisation, etc.Budget
Itemised breakdown, in SEK, of the funding sought. Please itemise both the estimated total costs for the project and the costs by budget year. Only direct costs associated with the project shall be itemised, such as salaries, travel costs, materials and other costs. No indirect costs or general cost surcharges are permitted.Details of the way in which any consequential costs will be financed and of whether funding has been sought from or granted by another financier shall be provided.
Project description
A more detailed project presentation, which should not exceed five pages in length, shall be appended. It shall detail the background and purpose of the project, its structure, preferred methodology and anticipated importance. Details of the applicant's qualifications and any references shall be appended to the application.Application dates
The Foundation meets to approve funding in May/June and December/January. Applications should be submitted to the Foundation by 1st May for consideration at the June meeting and by 1st November for consideration at the December meeting. The applicant will be notified in writing as soon as the application has been reviewed and the Board has decided whether to provide funding.Reporting
Funding is conditional upon, amongst other things, compliance with the Foundation's reporting requirements. See under Reporting for further information.The Foundation uses a special application form which can be completed and e-mailed or printed out and sent by post. Project descriptions and budget specifications shall be submitted separately for e-mailed applications.
